Single Movement Assessment
$250
*This fee can be applied to the cost of Personalized Workout Plan or Personal Training Session, if scheduled within 30 days of follow-up meeting
Best for:
Workout skill level: All
Clients who go are interested in a static and dynamic movement assessment to highlight any deviations from ideal movement patterns
Assessment includes:
Preliminary meeting: 1-hour meeting (Zoom or in-person) to perform movement assessments and discuss client’s history and current training goals
1-hour follow up meeting (Zoom or in-person) to discuss assessment results and recommended next steps
General exercise recommendations for improving strength and mobility
Assessment results:
Identities signs correlated with altered shoulder mobility, core strength, hip mobility, knee joint alignment, and/or ankle mobility
Highlights muscle imbalances associated with dysfunctional movement patterns
Serves as a roadmap for any fitness program with the goal of refining exercise recommendations to improve client mobility
Single Assessment & Personalized Workout Plan

Best for:
Workout skill level: Low-Intermediate (some exercise or gym experience) to Advanced
Clients who go to a gym or work out at home regularly, but who want a custom workout plan to follow
Assessment includes:
Preliminary meeting: 1-hour meeting (Zoom or in-person) to perform movement assessments and discuss client’s history and current training goals
1-hour follow up meeting (Zoom or in-person) to discuss assessment results and personalized workout plan
Personalized Workout Plan includes:
Up to 4 separate workouts to make a comprehensive training plan tailored to client’s fitness goals, schedule, and available equipment
Workouts will be suitable for home or gym, based on discussions during preliminary meeting
Exercises best suited for the client based on movement assessment and history
Regression options
Progression options and instructions for progressing
Recommendations for exercises to avoid
Once weekly check-ins via text for 1 month after follow up meeting to see how training is going with the option to submit videos for form review
General nutrition counseling consisting of basic nutrition information PDF that includes instructions for calculating your daily energy needs, macronutrient information, instructions for logging food intake, meal and recipe ideas, and supplement information that may be beneficial in helping client achieve fitness goals
These workouts should last at least 3 to 6 months and show continued improvements in strength and body composition, if progression methods and nutrition advice are followed
Single Personal Training Session
$125
Best for:
Workout skill level: All
Clients with little exercise experience, those who need additional support in achieving fitness goals, those with any injuries or chronic conditions, or those who prefer one-on-one training
Assessment includes:
Preliminary meeting: 1-hour meeting (Zoom or in-person) to perform movement assessments and discuss client’s history and current training goals
20-minute follow up meeting (Zoom or in-person) to discuss assessment results and recommendations (can be done before training session)
Single Training Session includes:
1-hour personal training session (Zoom or in-person) tailored to client’s fitness goals based on movement assessment
General nutrition counseling consisting of basic nutrition information PDF that includes instructions for calculating your daily energy needs, macronutrient information, instructions for logging food intake, meal and recipe ideas, and supplement information that may be beneficial in helping client achieve fitness goals
Personalized Workout Plan Revision
$275
*Only for clients who have completed an initial Assessment & Personalized Workout Plan
Best for:
Workout skill level: Low-Intermediate (some exercise or gym experience) to Advanced
Clients interested in a variation or progression of exercises from original Personalized Workout Plan
Assessment includes:
Re-assessment meeting: 1-hour meeting (Zoom or in-person) to perform movement re-assessments and discuss client’s current training goals
20-minute follow up meeting (Zoom or in-person) to discuss assessment results and new personalized workout plan
Revised Personalized Workout plan will include:
Up to 4 separate workouts to make a comprehensive training plan tailored to client’s fitness goals, schedule, and available equipment
Workouts will be suitable for home or gym, based on discussions during re-assessment meeting
Exercises best suited for the client based on movement assessment and history
